Challenge

A sophisticated, technologically advanced organization, CBRE continually recruits global IT professionals. Contracted third-party headhunters had been producing mixed results and failing to achieve staffing needs. A leading corporation offering quality careers and unable to attract targeted candidates is, unfortunately, not a unique scenario.




Solution

Bayard recommended isolating CBRE’s IT careers from its primary career site. A micro-branded landing page was created; it featured the benefits, training and development programs, and other perks that came with an IT career at CBRE. Next, we implemented a targeted media campaign to connect directly with the initial tier of candidates CBRE was hoping to attract and hire.

Result

In less than four months, the targeted campaign and IT-focused career site resulted in over 1,800 extremely qualified IT applicants entering into CBRE’s recruitment pipeline. In other words: The outcomes were nothing less than outstanding.
