LG spent over $1 billion bringing world-class engineering, design and manufacturing under one great brand for exceptional performance. Now, the pioneering electronics giant was poised for another breakthrough by harnessing the power of solar energy.

All that was left to do was promote, market and sell LG solar energy. Exactly how this was going to be done was up to Bayard. We began brainstorming with the understanding that businesses, builders and architects do not make purchasing decisions. People make purchasing decisions.

Humanize and customize. This became the heartbeat of our creative strategy. From there, we continually stressed easy installation of the world’s most advanced solar technology. ‘Easy’, as always, reassured, intrigued and empowered the people who made purchasing decisions.

Modular panels, modular brand

With LG ready for anything, we incorporated ‘Ready’ into a modular tagline. For its solar business, that’s GridReady®.
