We began with a competitive industry analysis and then we went into overdrive. We identified opportunity gaps and translated them into key EVPs. These messages, or promises, became the driving force behind the employer brand, website redesign and User Experience (UX). We even streamlined the online application process, making it mobile-friendly and easy to use, driving trucker traffic to the site to apply.

The responsive website, relevant imagery and on-target messaging appealed to experienced and entry-level drivers. Applications for every type of driver position the company needs to fill now fills the inboxes of the HR team. The outcomes of the new employer brand surpassed early expectations and the positive results haven’t slowed down yet.
