We were challenged with changing the perception that Vistaprint is just “the place to print business cards”. To change this frame of mind, we were tasked with showcasing the innovation that drives Vistaprint from within. Staffed with some of the most creative and innovative minds in the technology space, Vistaprint is providing better, smarter business marketing solutions for a variety of customers across the globe.

So, how do we tell that story to job seekers? Through a combination of savvy design and intuitive message architecture, we told the story of an exciting culture experiencing rapid and continuous growth on an impressive, global scale. It was all about bringing to life an environment where dreamers, designers and doers are coming together to achieve great things.




Find Your Place

While it’s important that we tell a great career narrative, being able to locate and engage your audience is equally essential. In order capture the attention of passive job seekers, we implemented a visually appealing digital display campaign as part of our media strategy. This allowed us to reach even more job seekers, who may not have considered Vistaprint a viable career option before.


Results

It didn’t take long for the new EVP and employer brand work to make an impact. From videos that engage to improved metrics on nearly every count, the program is attracting curiously innovative people and creating an impressive amount of buzz.
