The Challenge

Integris has been ranked as one of the top 25 healthcare systems in the United States. It’s not only the biggest hospital system in the state of Oklahoma but also the largest employer.

During the height of the pandemic, the Integris talent acquisition team faced many challenges, particularly with staffing nurses in their multiple locations across the state. They needed an agile partner to change their recruitment trajectory and get results in a time when, truly, lives were dependent upon them.

The Solution

In the height of a global health crisis, Integris needed a partner to think and act swiftly, creatively, and effectively — so, they hired us. As efficiently as possible, Bayard put its best minds to work to uncover the Integris story and how to tell it in a way that would attract healthcare workers in a time when the competition was at an all-time high. After speaking with TA leaders and conducting employee focus groups, Bayard crafted a new tagline that would embody the familial spirit and sense of pride that was apparent in the culture — “community by community.”

The team then began to develop an authentic narrative to express the values of the organization, the ways in which it cares for the health and wellbeing of its employees, and the additional incentives and benefits being offered to new hires, including signing bonuses and career mobility. All of this new content was then illustrated in a brand new landing page, specifically targeting potential nursing candidates with the intent to create engagement and emotional connection.

The Impact

Honing in on Integris’ key differentiators helped Bayard to craft an engaging landing page that ultimately led to over 1.2 million page visits. Through the work we completed with Integris, the organization saw an increase of 58% in brand awareness across the state of Oklahoma. Due to the success of this campaign, we’re currently developing a full career site with the Integris team.
