Addressing Brand Misperceptions
Battling a dated notion that they don’t deliver, Pizza Hut had a significant and immediate hiring need for delivery drivers. We utilized technology beyond the basic job search function to correct candidates’ misperceptions.
We also repositioned their brand messaging, developed a new careers site that spoke to various opportunities, and provided candidates with a more intuitive candidate journey.
Through updated copy, design, and imagery, we implemented the Life Unboxed messaging to bring awareness to the potential a career with Pizza Hut offers. This became the central theme for the careers site and covered not only the career growth opportunities, but spoke to Pizza Hut’s vibrant culture as well.
Raising Driver Awareness
Through their new careers site and employer brand, we effectively repositioned Pizza Hut against their competitors and gave them a presence in a job market they were previously not associated with. Our partnership with Pizza Hut positively affected the job market’s perception of their brand.
