Bayard developed KROW with one mission. To speed up hiring and improve media ROI.

Our client, Encompass Health, implemented KROW to help boost hiring events in challenging markets. As part of our program, we built a 30-second, mobile-first application process, designed to auto-screen and auto-schedule interviews for nurses and PTs. This customized automated solution paired with a multi-channel media approach delivered results beyond what we had seen in some of the most challenging markets in the U.S.
